We find it quite difficult to get a good budget accommodation in Vietnam during our past visits.
Most of the time we probably get a small and old fashioned room with minimal facilities yet poor service.
All these unpleasant experiences led us to start our journey in the hospitality industry.

"Backpacker Paradise!”
Me and my boyfriend loved our stay! It was within walking distance of the Backpacker Walking Street Bui Vien. Everything in Ho Chi Minh was within a short walk away. The place was cozy and super cheap, but clean and worth your money! The staff were super friendly. I'd stay here again when I come back!
"One of the best budget hotels in Saigon”
There are wide selections of hotels at my budget in Saigon. I have read good reviews, and contacted the hotel prior to booking, the responses were prompt and informative . I learned that this hotel management has CHILL BOX (hostel class), and CHILL SUITES (hotel grade). They are of good value and great service. The price is affordable. The room is good size and clean. The bed is comfortable. Aircond is powerful. Hot & cold water shower is good. Wi-Fi is satisfactory. Also well equipped with flat screen TV, coffee machine, fridge etc. Surely be my choice of hotel when visit Saigon again.
"Booked for a night stayed over two weeks!”
Rooms are clean, modern and beds are very comfortable which include a fridge, coffee maker, safe and TV with several international movie and news channels. Bathrooms include a hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast is basic and included in the price. The hotel centrally located and only a 2 minute walk to the beach, as well as, several local and international restaurants, spas and convenience stores. The staff is exceptional, especially their friendly reception, who go out of their way to deliver friendly service. I actually originally booked for one night but decided to stay much much longer after making Chill Box Premier my "home away from home" while in Danang. For the price, you will be hard pressed to find a better value for a hotel in the area.
"Great Budget Hotel With Wonderful Staff - Highly Recommended”
I stayed in the City View King Suite for 4 days. It was great. Looks just like the pictures and was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. I also had a partial sea view (beach is around 100 meters away) which added to my stay. For the price I paid (just over $16 after all fees per night) you cannot beat it. The reception staff was also very helpful and super friendly. I interacted with each of these sweet young ladies during my stay and they were all great. The staff definitely adds a great deal to the hotel.
"Great place to stay!”
An amazing find for the price! The location is great - it's not too far from shops but the area is remote enough to be peaceful. It can get cold on rainy days, so we didn't even have to put on the aircond sometimes. The room was spacious, comfy, and had nice facilities (smart TV, fridge, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle, beverages, safe, ample toiletries). Wi-Fi and aircond were also good. They rent out relatively new scooters for cheaper prices which was fantastic. The staff are friendly and responsive, and their check-in and check-out system is clever and efficient. Would definitely stay again!
"Our Stay at The Chill Suites - City Center”
My Mum and I stayed at The Chill Suites - City Center a few times on our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. What can I say ! All the Staff are amazing, Receptionists, Security Guards, Chefs, Housekeeping they were always happy to help us, even just to have a chat or even our dietary needs for breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone the location is great it’s in District 1 close to everything. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcoming us with smiles! "Amazing Hotel”
Location near everything in Kuah. Big area Free parking in front of hotel. King room, big bed and large room. With window sea view. Staff very helpful. Water with dispenser in ground floor. Small breakfast enough for you. Recommended for everybody need budget hotel.

"Awesome hotel to stay at Nha Trang”
Even I just stayed here for 1 night but all the service here made me unforgettable The hotel room was so clean, new and same as the pictures, the receptionist to the cleaner, everyone were so nice especially Mr Khai Nguyen, he is so nice, friendly, good service skill and what he thinks about his job, his working place that make me feel the owner did a good training and chose the right one to be the face of his hotel 🙂 I hope you guys will be more stronger even the Covid is around us these days and I definitely will come back to your hotel if i have any chances to visit Nha Trang again 🙂 See you soon 
"Comfortable and clean room”
Bed was super comfy, one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in during 2 months of traveling. Room is very clean and staff is really helpful.
